My realtor, Margo Williams, was exceptional assisting me especially since I was an out-of-state seller. I had to sign documents virtually and utilize a mobile notary at closing. She provided educational materials and guided me well. She set up conference calls with our title company so I could ask questions. Margo even offered to help me pack my home items for my movers! She gave my home a favorable, high listing price that was appraised at her same listing price and she negotiated well for repairs costs with the buyer that saved me tremendously! My buyer offered at her listing price. Her photographer was phenomenal. Margo Williams will get you fabulous results! I highly recommend Margo Williams as a realtor.
