We really don't know where to start. It was an absolute pleasure working with Roylan. He was professional, knowledgeable, and helped with anything and everything. While we were cleaning out the house, he helped in any way he could: ie: taking donation items and delivering them for us, etc. All the things he did allowed us more time to concentrate on what needed to be done in the short time period we had. He helped us make decisions as far as listing price, acceptance of offers, etc. but he always had proof and verification of his advice. He assisted us with many personal things such as delivering our car to a carrier and finding a consignment store where we could sell our leftover furniture. We offered to pay him for his time and trouble, but he would not accept anything from us. Even though the sale is over, he is still helping us with our mail. We received more than we expected for our home because of Roylan's suggestions and diligence. In our opinion, he was the best realtor we could have possibly found. He is honest, trustworthy, and humble and went above and beyond our expectations of any agent. We would hire him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent whether you are buying or selling.

Margie went above and beyond when helping us out when we were selling our house and she would inform us with changes right away on the sale.
