Katrina made the process incredibly easy and she took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having professional photographs taken for the listing. When I saw my listing I was blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing. Katrina hosted an open house utilizing multiple different avenues to advertise, to include social media. Even in this slow market, I received an offer less than 1% under asking price. I accepted and Katrina walked me through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I highly recommend Katrina Karlsson for all your real estate needs.
