I used Katrina Karlsson to sell my home in Carson City earlier this year and she was outstanding. I spoke with Katrina and met with her at my home. She spent a lot of time answering my questions, providing information regarding how many homes were selling in the area, how long listings were typically staying on the market, and provided tons of info on comps in my area. Katrina made the process incredibly easy and she took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having professional photographs taken for the listing.
