She has a strong network of professionals to help us get what we needed done on our house, we needed to repair the roof on the house we sold, and her recommendation was spot on and they were able to do the work quickly, well, and for a fair price. When we needed additional financing support, she hooked us up with a lender that was able to get us what we needed over a weekend and they gave us better rates and terms than we had found on our own. I really can't recommend Moira enough, if you're looking to buy or sell, you really wouldn't be able to find anyone better.
