Austin is an unbelievably committed and competent agent. The listing process went smoothly; the “get the property ready” stage was facilitated by Austin’s dedication to handling any obstacles; the showings were easy due to Austin’s excellent communication skills and consideration of any schedule conflicts. And closing went well due to Austin’s attention to detail and preparation. You are truly fortunate if you can have Austin as your agent!

I have had a small business in residential real estate investments for fourteen years. Over time, I have come to value the benefit of working with top-notch, award-winning agents. They know the market. They quickly assess the value of the property and options for maximizing the return on my investment. They know how to market the property to reach the target buyers. They listen and are good communicators with all parties involved. They have sharp negotiation skills. When the property needs work before putting it on the market, they have a network of quality vendors available to do the job in a short time frame. Jack Cote is all those things and more. When I first met Jack, he arrived with a booklet that gave me details for the market where the property was located, purchase history, comparables, spreadsheets for various offer scenarios and closing expenses, his profile and a home seller guide. We immediately toured the house and made a punch list of things to fix. He proposed a timeline for getting the house on the market and stuck with it. Two days after going on the market, the house was under contract for the asking price and closed in thirty days. I am happy to recommend Jack Cote as your next real estate sales agent. He did an excellent job selling my property!

The whole process was so quick and easy; all I had to do was show up, sign, and move in. I had attempted to rent just prior to buying and truly, my transaction with Kristi was so much easier, less heavy lifting and the reward is so much greater. I am so happy with my purchase. Kristi is everything you are looking for in a real estate professional. Look no further if you are having any apprehension. Look no further if you know exactly what you want.
