There aren't enough words to describe the service, realness, genuinity that we received from Amaryllis is our quest for first time homeownership. Her prior experience with the Armed services, Law Enforcement, Public Education, and Real Estate have all transmitted into a reliable and trustworthy Agent. She understands the parameters of what is asked and is able research and deliver all information with the clients needs foremost and understands all situations and will provide all availability options so that clients are well informed in everything. I sought her assistance believing she would aid us when I've spoken with others to no avail, and I'm glad I reached out. We couldn't be more excited with our purchase if it was not for her. Thank you again, and if I was able to rate her more than 5 stars I would! 😊

I cannot say enough great things about Kristi. She is a total professional, and will also offer a calming presence throughout the entire process. Buying my first home meant a lot of anxiety from me. I had so many questions. Fear had kept me from taking the homeowner journey for a long time. Kristi was so patient and a counselor to me the whole way. She balances human touch with skill in the real estate game. She very knowledgeable and will answer any question promptly. She navigates all the difficult terrain of buying a home. She will go to bat, when you need a tough negotiator. What truly sets Kristi apart is her genuine kindness and integrity. She does what she says. She cares about her clients. She will help you to the correct decision. She will earn your trust and stay steady until your dream is realized. You just need to show up with a wish list, and she will lead you there OR if you are firm and know what you want- she will find it. I know I would still be renting and only dreaming of a place of my own, if not for Kristi. I am so grateful I took the homeowner journey and that Kristi was at the wheel. The whole process was so quick and easy; all I had to do was show up, sign, and move in. I had attempted to rent just prior to buying and truly, my transaction with Kristi was so much easier, less heavy lifting and the reward is so much greater. I am so happy with my purchase. Kristi is everything you are looking for in a real estate professional. Look no further if you are having any apprehension. Look no further if you know exactly what you want. Kristi has earned my business and referral for life. Because thanks her, I may want to do this again!
