First and for most she’s the BEST! If you’re looking in the nv area this woman right here is the one and only I will ever use again!! After struggling to find a realtor that would work with me, with the budget I had I was frustrated and I had almost given up but by pure chance we found Trisha! First time we spoke she put aside what she was already doing (attending a family event) and spoke with me and she was so kind, positive and genuinely excited for the adventure I was about to embark on. (buying my first home) I could write a book on how awesome she is! She is very well connected and always had an answer or solution to any problem and always replied quickly and in depth, she never once made me feel like less of person for not knowing answers to simple dumb questions. She will work with you as fast or as slow as you would like, my situation was kind of a rush situation and she made it happen, from the first time talking to her to closing on the house it was about 5 weeks. Trisha was so patient with all my questions and repeated questions as a first time seller with memory issues. She was kind, was available at nearly any time of day thru text, and so generous! She knew the market well and had solutions for every issue we encountered with the home itself.
