After a year of looking, we finally decided on our new forever home, Tammy had recommended a great Mortgage person to assist with my Husbands preapproval for a VA Loan- this helped us to purchase the house, we were not the only offer on the house but between Tammy's Negotiation's and we were pre-approved ahead of time, they accepted our offer. When our house was in escrow Tammy continued to follow up with the builder, to make sure that everything was progressing on time and help us get more acquainted with Fernly. Chris has a very good knowledge of the area. He was very patient with us as we chose our retirement home. He provided excellent feedback on both sides of positive aspects and negative aspects of the homes we looked at. He dealt with less desirable agents with professionalism and tact. I would definitely use Chris as an agent again! He was very knowledgeable in the process and negotiations.
