Chris has a very good knowledge of the area. He was very patient with us as we chose our retirement home. He provided excellent feedback on both sides of positive aspects and negative aspects of the homes we looked at. He dealt with less desirable agents with professionalism and tact. You will hire Chris S. We have worked with Chris on buying and selling 7 properties. Chris was always there for us when we had any questions, inspections, repairs and close of escrow. He cares more about helping you find the right property than making the "Sale".
