Working with Gil and his team was hands-down the best real estate experience I’ve ever had. From our very first meeting, he came armed with a data-driven strategy, an aggressive marketing blueprint, and a clear timeline to get my home sold quickly. Their communication was flawless throughout the entire process, keeping me informed at every step and expertly navigating negotiations to secure a top-dollar offer. They made what could have been a highly stressful process feel completely seamless and effortless. If you want an agent who delivers on their promises, brings elite market expertise, and genuinely cares about their clients, look no further!

I cannot say enough great things about Kristi. She is a total professional, and will also offer a calming presence throughout the entire process. Buying my first home meant a lot of anxiety from me. I had so many questions. Fear had kept me from taking the homeowner journey for a long time. Kristi was so patient and a counselor to me the whole way. She balances human touch with skill in the real estate game. She very knowledgeable and will answer any question promptly. She navigates all the difficult terrain of buying a home. She will go to bat, when you need a tough negotiator. What truly sets Kristi apart is her genuine kindness and integrity. She does what she says. She cares about her clients. She will help you to the correct decision. She will earn your trust and stay steady until your dream is realized. You just need to show up with a wish list, and she will lead you there OR if you are firm and know what you want- she will find it. I know I would still be renting and only dreaming of a place of my own, if not for Kristi. I am so grateful I took the homeowner journey and that Kristi was at the wheel. The whole process was so quick and easy; all I had to do was show up, sign, and move in. I had attempted to rent just prior to buying and truly, my transaction with Kristi was so much easier, less heavy lifting and the reward is so much greater. I am so happy with my purchase. Kristi is everything you are looking for in a real estate professional. Look no further if you are having any apprehension. Look no further if you know exactly what you want. Kristi has earned my business and referral for life. Because thanks her, I may want to do this again!

Jay Graskie never made us feel out of the loop. His experience in the realty profession is evident from the very first impression. He was calm and kind with every one of our interactions even when my wife and I had a never ending line of questions for him. The assistance that he provided working with other service providers that were necessary to list our home was excellent. I can assure you that the purchase or sale of your property is in some of the best hands in the valley with Jay Graski.
