Jeff followed the sale making sure things stayed on track, this was extremely appreciated by Sheryl and I as we are out of state, so it was such a relief to have someone in the area that we could trust and was in front of the sale every step of the way. Jeff took care of things that we believe the most property owners normally take care of, such as removing items that remained at the house that we ran out of time while in the area to take care of, along with a few minor repairs, watching over painters and carpet layers, this to us was above and beyond.
