Ingrid had a tough assignment. We needed an agent we could trust to sell our condo being absentee owners with a tenant. She organized remedial upgrades and dealt with a tenant who was not very cooperative. All this as the market was changing from a sellers to buyers market. Her efforts were met with challenges but success with the eventual sale.

He is the best! Does a great job.

Smooth process, found my house quick, my agent Aaron Clay was very knowledgeable and had excellent communication. He stayed on top of everything related to the house and repairs and really went out of his way to make this a great and smooth experience. I will work with Aaron and Purplebricks again in the future.
