Renee was very knowledgeable and helpful in selling my house. She knew what needed to be done for my house to show well. If she didn’t know the answer, she would find out immediately. This was my first time selling and the process was more stressful than I had imagined. Renee really went above and beyond to make my experience as easy for me as possible.

We made the perfect choice choosing Erica as our agent for the sale of our rental property. The sale was not an easy one as the tenant in the property played every card to delay the inevitable eviction for damage her cats made. Erica hung in there with us every step of the way even appearing in front of the judge with me and property manager verifying the violations. When we had an offer for property she promptly emailed documents to us while we were in Europe visiting my son. She never missed a step in the process. She adapts quickly to situations and calmly and professionally presses on. She also is a down to earth person that listens. She was honest about what to expect in pricing by doing her homework. You can't go wrong with this agent!!

We had the pleasure of working with Michele who helped us during the entire home-buying process. Her in-depth knowledge of the industry and negotiation skills were evident from the start. Beyond her professional expertise, her friendly and entergetic approach made her a joy to work with. I highly recommend Michele to anyone looking for a top-notch experience in the real estate world.
