I've had the privilege of working with Tammi and Mike Panos on both the buying and selling side of transactions and have always been extremely satisfied. Most recently they helped me sell a rental property that was in rough shape. Being from out of state I was concerned that I may have to take several trips to get the property ready for sale. But Mike and Tammi jumped in immediately and took ownership of the situation as if it were their own! They made great recommendations on what to repair/freshen up and then knew excellent workers that got the repairs done quickly and for a fair price. Mike even did several of the repairs himself! Their excellent communication and very pleasant can-do attitude made the process enjoyable.
