Through the buying process, having Damon as a resource was very reassuring. Damon was a calming influence which helped with our stress level. Even after we were closed and finished with the buying of the new house, we still went to Damon because we had such a comfort level with him. Unfortunately, we had some issues with the builder and we’re not getting the response we expected. With Damon’s help the issues we had were resolved in a timely fashion. From our first meeting with Damon through the whole process, he was a very valuable resource. His communication and follow up were fantastic owning the house you sold for 25 years. We don’t have a lot of experience in the real estate process. Damon made it very comfortable and was always available to answer any questions we had and he also was very good about reminding us on certain things we needed to do throughout the process. Damon is recommended to us by a friend and we will make sure to recommend Damon for any of our friends or selling their properties.

He was very communicative and very responsive to all our concerns and questions. He kept us informed on the process during the sale of our home. I think he works 24/7 as he always responded on weekends and evenings when it was not requested. If I ever move back to Vegas he will be helping buy a home.
