Julius was very honest & patient throughout our renting and home buying experience for the past 5 years. From the beginning, Julius made sure that we were comfortable with any details or concerns we had, which were many. During our home buying process, Julius was always efficient with our time. He made sure to ask the right questions from the start to ensure that we were getting what we wanted with no surprises. He was always straightforward so we were able to manage our expectations when needed. All in all, Julius was fantastic and I will continue to work with him & refer friends and family to him.

Julius knows very well on what's he's doing. When we set an appointment he responded fast and every questions that we were asking, he knows what to answer. Because we were a first time buyer, we have no idea on how to negotiate, but he is the one advising us on what to do. He is also very professional and accommodating. We are very thankful and kudos for Julius for a Job well done! We will surely recommend him.

Julius has been an exceptional realtor for our family. He helped both my mom and my dad, and he was originally referred to me by my mom—and I’m so grateful for that recommendation. Julius is patient, attentive, and truly listens to my concerns. He doesn’t just promise; he delivers. He made the process of selling our home smooth and far less stressful than I expected. I really appreciate his professionalism, honesty, and dedication every step of the way. Now he is helping me find another place, and I feel confident knowing I’m in good hands. I would definitely recommend Julius to anyone looking for a realtor they can trust.

Tuve una muy buena experiencia trabajando con ella. Siempre fue amable, profesional y respondió todas mis dudas con paciencia. Me hizo sentir tranquila durante todo el proceso y realmente aprecio su ayuda. La recomiendo totalmente.

Through the buying process, having Damon as a resource was very reassuring. Damon was a calming influence which helped with our stress level. Even after we were closed and finished with the buying of the new house, we still went to Damon because we had such a comfort level with him. Unfortunately, we had some issues with the builder and we’re not getting the response we expected. With Damon’s help the issues we had were resolved in a timely fashion. I would feel very comfortable, referring Damon to sell or buy a house. Thank you,

From our first meeting with Damon through the whole process, he was a very valuable resource. His communication and follow up were fantastic owning the house you sold for 25 years. We don’t have a lot of experience in the real estate process. Damon made it very comfortable and was always available to answer any questions we had and he also was very good about reminding us on certain things we needed to do throughout the process. Damon is recommended to us by a friend and we will make sure to recommend Damon for any of our friends or selling their properties.

He was very communicative and very responsive to all our concerns and questions. He kept us informed on the process during the sale of our home. I think he works 24/7 as he always responded on weekends and evenings when it was not requested. If I ever move back to Vegas he will be helping buy a home.
