The process to buy our house in Las Vegas was lengthy due to waiting for our house in Texas to sell. We explored the greater Las Vegas area extensively to determine where we wanted to live. Paul showed great patience with us! We also appreciated that Paul would look for and point out things, good and bad, about houses we looked at - not to try and influence our decision - but to inform it and allow us to see beyond the things we were focusing on. This really demonstrated his strong experience in knowing how to see a house and property from all angles. We appreciated his input and never felt pressured into any decision.

I've bought a house using Lorie and sold a house using Lorie and she is tremendous!!! When I was a buyer she was always looking out for me by insisting that the seller include a one year warranty on any home repairs. We were actually able to buy the house about $13K below the appraisal price. When I was a seller she carefully vetted the people/companies that were making offers and we ended up settling on an offer that was well above the asking price! Since we've known each other for several years now and had such pleasant dealings, I actually consider Lorie as more of a friend than a realtor!!
