Everything can be very overwhelming at first but I actually understand majority of the process now. Joshua took the time to answer all my questions and I never felt like the questions I was asking were annoying or stupid. He made the whole process a breeze and stress free. I worked with another agent first, and she made me feel pressured into buying one of the first homes we looked at, even though there were multiple things I didn't like about it.
