Randy helped me to understand how to prepare my home to sell so I did not waste effort on things that would not improve the salability and sale price. Once the home was ready he follow through as promised with every detail. If he says he will do it, he did it. Very easy to communicate with and went the extra mile with the purchasing agent to ensure we got a deal that would not die in the process. I high recommend Randy!
