Let me start off by saying that our home buying process was by no means short or easy, now with having said that, we had the best realtor ever for this journey! Samantha was always so amazingly supportive and kept us going. She was always available when we had questions, it didn't matter, night or day, super late or very early, and if she dint know the answer she made sure to find the answer in an appropriate amount of time. She was always supportive and full of positive affirmations and kept us going even when we were ready to give up! 3 years is a long time to be looking for the perfect house but we did it, all with Samantha by our side to help guide us in the right direction. She was just as excited for us to finally find our dream home as we were. We could not have picked a better person to be with us on the crazy journey that is home buying. If you are in search for a down to earth realtor with the biggest heart possible and is going to care just as much about your best interest as you do and will always be truthful and up front, then look no further than Samantha Brookes! I've had the privilege of working with Tammi and Mike Panos on both the buying and selling side of transactions and have always been extremely satisfied. Most recently they helped me sell a rental property that was in rough shape. Being from out of state I was concerned that I may have to take several trips to get the property ready for sale. But Mike and Tammi jumped in immediately and took ownership of the situation as if it were their own! They made great recommendations on what to repair/freshen up and then knew excellent workers that got the repairs done quickly and for a fair price. Mike even did several of the repairs himself! Their excellent communication and very pleasant can-do attitude made the process enjoyable.
