This my second purchase and sale over the last few years with Paul. I'm 84 years old and probably need a little hand holding with all the documents from time to time. Paul is great. He is understanding and very professional. I can't say enough how easy he makes the whole process painless. Paul's marketing was professional from the pictures, advertising, and property preparation. His market knowledge is spot on. He does his research. In summary, if you are looking for a professional who is easy to work with, will keep you updated, answers your text and phone calls, and gets it done, then call Paul.
