My experience working with Jackie was fantastic from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions. Working with Jacquelyn Brown has been such a gift to us. From the very first conversation, we felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. Jacquelyn doesn’t just sell homes — she walks alongside you, guiding you through every step with patience, integrity, and a heart for service. Our first experience with her was when we decided to sell our home and downsize to a smaller one. We were a little overwhelmed and unsure where to start, but Jacquelyn came in with clarity and professionalism that instantly put us at ease. She explained everything thoroughly and took the time to answer every question — no matter how big or small — without ever making us feel rushed or uncomfortable. What truly sets Jacquelyn apart is how far she goes beyond what’s expected. She connected us with trusted referrals, offered practical tips to get our home ready, and shared thoughtful strategies that helped us get the best possible offer. At every turn, we felt like she was in our corner, advocating for us and making sure our best interests were protected. Because of her wisdom and guidance, we were able to make decisions with confidence — and we saw the results at closing with a higher payout than we anticipated. We were so grateful for her support during that first experience that, when it came time to sell our last home, we didn’t even think twice about calling her again. Jacquelyn has earned not only our trust but also our respect and admiration. She’s not just our realtor — she’s someone we consider a partner, an advocate, and a friend in this process. Without hesitation, we recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who will walk with you, serve you wholeheartedly, and help you achieve your goals with care and excellence.

She’s very knowledgeable of the real estate market and has her clients’ best interest in mind when giving feedback on your property’s marketability. What I like most is her sound judgement in making recommendations on what will be best to sale in a timely manner.
