Working with Dan to purchase our first home was the best decision we could’ve possibly made. As our family was stationed in Europe, we were reluctant to begin the buying process before returning to the US, but Dan and his team made us feel like we were right in the room with him when viewing houses. His knowledge and expertise was invaluable when ensuring we viewed the perfect area and options for our family. We were able to close on the perfect home quickly and seamlessly, and we are forever grateful!

Cecilia did a fantastic job from day one. She gave me all of the information on my home with pricing and comps. Also, did 2 open houses to bring in lots of traffic to the home. She also, responds very quickly to any correspondence via text, email or phone call which is really important to me. I would recommend her to help sell your home!!

Easy to work with him, Always available, prompt response, resolves issues that may arise. The only concern, that i have was the $ 500 charge upon closing Escrow, that never informed me about
