Where do I begin with the positive attributes of Donald? I think the most impressive what Donald's responsiveness. He was always available by text or phone. When he wasn't (i.e. obtaining his broker's license in CA) he let me know in advance. Further, Donald always kept me updated. I always knew where we were at in the purchasing process. The next thing that impressed me with Donald was his knowledge and professionalism. I had very specific details in the property I was looking for and Donald gathered all the information on those properties and presented it to me. Then, in a very professional manner, he let me make the choice on the property that I liked the most. Although due to the very specific criterion I gave Donald, the choice was easy because of his diligence. Lastly, Donald is just a very easy person to work with. The entire purchasing process was effortless. I was in a very busy chapter of life when I wanted to purchase a property and Donald made it happen without adding additional stress my busy schedule. His personality, work ethic, and professionalism made the purchase effortless. I can't recommend Donald enough. I will definitely be calling him when I am ready to purchase or sell another property.
