Short Version: Donald helped me purchase my first home which should have been more complicated. Donald was VERY responsive, knowledgeable, and made the entire process effortless. Where do I begin with the positive attributes of Donald? I think the most impressive what Donald's responsiveness. He was always available by text or phone. When he wasn't (i.e. obtaining his broker's license in CA) he let me know in advance. Further, Donald always kept me updated. I always knew where we were at in the purchasing process. The next thing that impressed me with Donald was his knowledge and professionalism. I had very specific details in the property I was looking for and Donald gathered all the information on those properties and presented it to me. Then, in a very professional manner, he let me make the choice on the property that I liked the most. Although due to the very specific criterion I gave Donald, the choice was easy because of his diligence. Lastly, Donald is just a very easy person to work with. The entire purchasing process was effortless. I was in a very busy chapter of life when I wanted to purchase a property and Donald made it happen without adding additional stress my busy schedule. His personality, work ethic, and professionalism made the purchase effortless. I can't recommend Donald enough. I will definitely be calling him when I am ready to purchase or sell another property.

We cannot imagine having had a brighter or more dedicated real estate agent than Donald Romero. Our first home-buying experience (back in 2005) ended with disappointment and frustration. We swore we would never again attempt to purchase a house. The real estate agent and broker we worked with took advantage of our naiveté and got us into a house whose market value was astronomical, was in the flight path of jets out of Nellis and was one half mile from the pig farm in North Vegas (the real estate agent lied to us, telling us that the pig farm was going to be relocated out of the area within the next year). Also, the agent and the broker she worked with didn’t tell us that there was a clause in the contract that forbid refinancing in the first three years (we all know what happened in 2008). Then we met Donald. His competence, keen eye for detail and felt concern for getting us a house that we really wanted was unparalleled. He told us from the beginning that he would always be available to hear any questions or concerns that we had, regardless of the day or time. He spelled out each step of the process of getting a home and told us not to worry about anything unless he told us we needed to (we were never told to worry). This all worked out for us getting the house of our dreams. We’ve been in our new residence for just over a week now and are so very happy that Donald and his associate, Wes Friedman (financial advisor), made it possible. Also, Priscilla at Ticor Title did an excellent job at her end. These three, together with those that each of them work with within their respective companies, make up a team that I think anyone in search of the house of their dreams would be honored and excited to work with.
