Rowena is an amazing agent very knowledgeable and helpful and professional.it was a pleasure to work with her. I will recommend to anyone looking for an amazing agent.

Rowena was recommended to me by a client of mine who said she was a Real Estate Guru. Apparently, she has trained/mentored other professionals in the field. Going in, we considered ourselves special needs as our credit was not perfect and we had a few glitches on our title that needed to be resolved. We also wanted to relocate to a specific area that fit our lifestyle needs and we needed to sell our current home before we purchased a new one. At the first meeting, Rowena had created a plan to fit all our needs, including a lender that would work with our current financial situation. Rowena is a no-nonsense, get stuff done individual. Her confidence is well deserved as it was apparent she knew all aspects of the business. She went over and beyond our expectations and we know we could not have gone through this process without her. She helped and advised us in the preparation and sale of our current home and successfully expedited the purchase of our new one which fits our needs perfectly. If you are fortunate to have her professional help, you can rest assured you're in the best hands possible. We can't thank her enough.
