Penny was incredible. She was attentive and patient every step of the way. She made selling my house effortless. I highly recommend for anyone buying or selling to go through penny.

We love Kathy. after a long drive from New York to Nevada she drove us around and showed us the houses and locations and told us about the area. she is very knowledgeable and she really listens and looks for all your needs in the houses she shows. Our list included being handicapped accessible, and had to be close to my sister.... she found it...and we bought it and closed in 9 days. Yes she is very. Good. From the beginning till the end she was there every step of the way, we love our new home, thanks to Kathy.

Susan was amazing to work with from the first meeting to the final closing. I was very new to the overall process of selling a house, She took the time to explain everything in detail very well, answered all the questions, and prepared me for the next steps of the process. I felt she had my best interest at all times. Thanks for everything Susan.
