Dale Abella made our whole experience so smooth ! He honestly looked for our best interest and helped us more than I ever thought a realtor could . Also , thanks for all the food you bought us and rides, you’re a blessing !

I found Dale through his YT channel. I just messaged him letting him know I was going to an open house and if he'd like to go. Boom he was there. He's super easy to communicate with and has tips on anything you need. I had a horrible experience with my first lender. We went over 30 days to close. Dale recommend getting another lender just in case things fell through with my first lender. He mentioned it was pretty obvious they could not be trusted to close on time. On his advice the other lender closed me in 2 weeks. Sure enough the first lender after over 40 days still couldn't close me. They would ask for one thing then another etc etc it never ended. Needless to say Thank you Dale and your team for the great representation 🙏

We highly recommend Dale Abella! We first found Dale on YouTube while searching for a home in Las Vegas from all the way in Ohio. We loved how comprehensive and transparent his video tours were (follow him in YouTube :)). Unlike other virtual tours, Dale provides every single detail you actually need to know—including the baseline prices, potential HOA fees, specific neighborhood locations, and home sizes. It made our remote house-hunting experience so much easier. Despite the distance, Dale was incredibly accommodating. He treated us like a priority from day one, patiently answering every single question and easing all of our worries about relocating across states. If you are looking for a realtor who is thorough, responsive, and genuinely cares about his clients, look no further than Dale. As fellow Filipinos, we felt so comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. Thank you, Dale, for helping us find our home!
