Jojo (Jia Liu) is the absolute BEST agent ever! We bought and sold our home through her and she did such an amazing job. Jojo is very knowledgeable about the Vegas market, she was very patient with my million-plus-one questions and very thorough through the whole process so we are aware of everything that was going on, and what to expect in every step. She is very on top of things, if she promises to send you something by a certain time, you can certainly expect it by that exact time. we had to sell our home due to a job relocation; the house was sold in record time despite it being listed right before the holidays, she was very strategic about the listing and negotiation with the buyer agent. Overall I just couldn't have asked for a better agent and I truly wish real estate agents are not constricted by states so Jojo can help me again with our purchase at the new state we have relocated to.
