Chris understood our goals and helped us achieve them during a very volatile period in the Las Vegas Real estate market. Chris was responsive to our needs and was able to assist at a moment's notice when we were out of town and unable to respond to the residence ourselves. Chris stayed in regular contact at every turn, so we always felt comfortable that our interest' were being protected.

From the beginning to end of our transaction, Chris was willing to guide us through the process without ever making us feel pressured or rushed. He always kept us informed of best practices, best ideas for prepping the house for pictures, and what was happening with the buyers. He was extremely responsive for phone calls and text messages. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our selling, and now buying, experience with Chris and would recommend him to anyone selling/buying.
