I don't know how he did it but he was able to get me a gorgeous home for a price that was well under how much it was worth! When looking for a house, I was more than picky about the location. I gave him a general area that I wanted and my price range reduced that to just three possible neighborhoods. In a short matter of time, Joshua was able to find me the perfect home. He knew it was the perfect home for me before I even saw it. He was able to decipher exactly what I was looking for in a house, when I couldn't even tell what him it was that I liked or disliked. Joshua some how turned my dream home into reality. I was a first time home buyer and didn't know what to expect. Everything can be very overwhelming at first but I actually understand majority of the process now. Joshua took the time to answer all my questions and I never felt like the questions I was asking were annoying or stupid. He made the whole process a breeze and stress free. I worked with another agent first, and she made me feel pressured into buying one of the first homes we looked at, even though there were multiple things I didn't like about it.
