Excellent real estate agents. Worked with Debbie's partner, Michael Petit. He was very response and extremely helpful. He assisted me a couple of years ago in purchasing some investment property. Being out of state it made it difficult to figure out which homes had good potential and what neighborhoods we should look at. Michael was able to steer us in the right direction and allowed me to purchase my property for a good price and made the process very easy. He even assisted us with finding handymen and other contractors to renovate the property. Debbie took photos and videos before and after so we could see what was done.
