We recently sold our rural property in Sandy Valley NV and Robin was instrumental in making it happen. Our complication was that we were moving out of country and had to make many multi-day trips to move our household goods. While out of the country each time, Robin would check on our property and oversee our dog and goat sitter. She would also assist with appointments such as water well and septic inspections in our absense that kept the sale progressing. There are many people that can call themselves Realtors but Robin is THE Rural Realtor. She has a deep knowledge of rural issues such as Real Property, water wells, septic systems, and more that the "city" realtor has never experienced and does not anticipate. She is a pit bull fighting for her clients watching deadlineto make sure the entire transaction stays on track. She does not rely on software programs or 3rd parties to remind her of those important deadlines. Whether you are considering buying in a city or rural area- she is your girl. But it's rural.........there's none better.

Jeff did a wonderful job with selling our home in North Las Vegas. Jeff followed the sale making sure things stayed on track, this was extremely appreciated by Sheryl and I as we are out of state, so it was such a relief to have someone in the area that we could trust and was in front of the sale every step of the way. Jeff took care of things that we believe the most property owners normally take care of, such as removing items that remained at the house that we ran out of time while in the area to take care of, along with a few minor repairs, watching over painters and carpet layers, this to us was above and beyond. Sheryl and I highly recommend Jeff with the sale or purchase of your first/next property. Thank you so much Jeff!Allen and Sheryl BeckPoulsbo, WA

Professionalism at its best! Thomas has made the experience of buying a cabin for my family a happy one. He knows every aspect of real estate, which gave us comfort in our purchase. He will be our lifetime agent. Thanks again Thomas for making our dream home a reality.

Cynthia have been looking after my property affairs since day 1. Help me with all my repairs, issues with tenants, and provided me with feedback with Local market update. Looking forward for more of her service in the future.

Molly was the perfect realtor for us as we bought our first home. She was very thorough and helped us through every step. So glad we had her!
