Dawn, From Exit Realty had me sign the electronic paperwork, then the listing was pulled after just 2 days. Over 25 agents and buyers. Had seen my home in 8 hours. 4 hours each day I was presented with over 25 bids. Most were above the listed price. We settled on a good offer. The process was fast. Dawn was very y knowledgeable in her trade. It was a great game experience.

Amazing Agent!

What an amazing real estate agent. Did her absolute best to accommodate our request and stopped at nothing to make sure they were met. She would answer her phone on weekends and afterhours and answered all question to the best of her ability.
