I hired Kriss to quickly transact the sale of my 7-figure home in late 2023. This would be the first sale above 1 million dollars in the neighborhood, so there was a lot of pressure on Kriss to get maximum value. She has an amazing ability to assess value and delivered a sale that met my requirements. Throughout the process, she advocated for me, negotiating challenges that ranged from a radon finding to erroneous appraisals. Her persistence and engaging business relationship got the number I was looking for and the sale closed quickly. Thanks Kriss!
