I typically do not do review often, but in this case I will. Dulcie and her team saved us alot of money in negation with seller and was able to keep them honest. Highly recommend.

Six sales in one year. Dulcie’s marketing gets deals closed fast. I won’t use anyone else

When your agent sells six of your properties in one year, you know she delivers. Dulcie’s marketing program puts every listing in front of the right buyers, and deals close quickly. Best realtor I’ve worked with in the Sun City Anthem area.

Robert was absolutely amazing to work with as an agent. He is incredibly well organized, communicative, and supportive. It was essentially a stress-free process to sell our home. He is extremely trustworthy and made every step of the process so easy. You won't find a more committed agent...he goes above and beyond from listing to closing. There is no one else that I would recommend whether you are buying or selling your home!

Robert was great showing the listing always be in there on walk-throughs answering your questions at all times and making sure you’re happy with the home.

Using Robert as our agent was the best decision we made. He didn’t just help us find a house, he helped us find a home we truly love. He went above and beyond, checking out neighborhoods at all hours to make sure they were safe, clean, and the right fit for our family, and even toured homes for us while we were out of state with detailed videos and honest feedback. When we were under contract on a home that didn’t feel right to Robert during the inspection process, we trusted his instincts and he was right. His guidance helped us walk away from what could have been a financial nightmare. Because of him, we found our perfect second home, and we couldn’t feel more comfortable and excited. We’re beyond grateful for Robert and couldn’t recommend him more highly.
