I have worked with Michelle on several transactions. Michelle's expertise was instrumental in figuring out how to secure the best price for my home. Her knowledge of Las Vegas real estate, her negotiating skills, and expertise in every facet of the process makes what could normally be a stressful process, very easy. She was able to navigate every hurdle and keep the transaction moving forward and close.on time.

This is the second time I've listed a home with Danny and he has pulled me thru both times! Buying or selling he is great!

Daniel overall did a good job, One comment is he needs to focus not only on the good but the bad too. The reality of what you are looking at, the home you could potentially end up with. Unfortunately we could not see the homes in person, so this was a negative for us. So there was a strong emphasis on the good and the bad was over looked. We ended up with a home with a car that is parked about 15 feet in front of our living room window. This would be ok as the driveway is there, but the car is dirty and has been sitting there for quite some time with no indication it will be moved soon. and another home again, the negative was over looked and the good things emphasized, But the whole transaction the process was handled well.

It happened so, fast I was literally in shock, I'm still amazed how well everything went, she really couldn't have been anymore focused, she answered every call, and was attentive to every need, from my first call to her to my last! I thank God, for leah & her skills. I fell blessed to know such, a hard working person as her self, she was so, focused, during the sale preparation U, would have thought the home was her's, being sold! Sometimes I thought before, the sale it's here's now, & I got a little jealous lol, I'm so, happy with her, attentiveness to, be able to give this review, Is my pleasure, she really enjoys her job, & she listened to my concerns as, I had many, again, I thank God, for her help, Hallelujah,.amen Her assistant was also, very kind and attractive, she helped and cared about, about, our concerns as well,.......... Great team and great sale!
