Most recently they helped me sell a rental property that was in rough shape. Being from out of state I was concerned that I may have to take several trips to get the property ready for sale. But Mike and Tammi jumped in immediately and took ownership of the situation as if it were their own! They made great recommendations on what to repair/freshen up and then knew excellent workers that got the repairs done quickly and for a fair price. Mike even did several of the repairs himself! Their excellent communication and very pleasant can-do attitude made the process enjoyable. They found a buyer quickly and then represented me very well in the back and forth that ensued all the way up until closing. If you're looking for a realtor in Las Vegas - this is your team! Carla does a fantastic job of taking your wish list and turning it into your dream home. Within just a few outings we had narrowed in on a beautiful home that I would not have been able to find without her. She made the escrow and closing process painless.
