Very responsive to the needs and situation of her clients, a down to earth expert and very sensitive to both parties

Janet was amazing, she knew the market for our house and what would get a sale that both us the seller and the perspective buyer would be happy with. She provided comps and showed us what was selling in our area as well as within our home size and style. She was fully prepared, ready to sell and very willing to answer all questions that we had about the market and our specific needs! We are so very happy we had the opportunity to work with Janet and hope other will find her just as amazing, all anyone needs to do is ask for Janet and rest assured they are getting the best!

I had a great experience working with Janet. She was extremely easy to talk to and made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. She consistently went the extra mile, whether it was answering my questions (even when she was out of town), providing helpful guidance, or staying on top of every detail. Her dedication and communication made all the difference. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
