Working with Tamico was an outstanding experience, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. My husband and I were searching for a home in Las Vegas while I was stationed overseas on active duty military service, which made the process seem overwhelming. From the start, Tamico reassured us that she would be our eyes and ears on the ground, making the journey smooth and enjoyable. She worked around my unusual hours and always kept me included. Her professionalism, patience, and constant communication gave me confidence even though I was thousands of miles away. What impressed us most was her dedication during the house-hunting phase. Tamico toured about ten properties on our behalf, FaceTiming live whenever possible, and when not, providing detailed video walkthroughs. She pointed out features, lighting, storage, and even small details we might have missed. She anticipated questions before we asked and always ensured we had the information to make decisions with confidence. Her knowledge of the Las Vegas market was equally impressive. She explained neighborhoods, resale potential, and market trends so we found not just a house, but a home that fits our family long-term. Once we made our choice, Tamico guided us seamlessly through inspections, negotiations, and closing, breaking down every step so I never felt lost. Even after closing, she continues to check in, offering support and making sure we are settling in well. That care shows she doesn’t just see clients as transactions but as people she truly wants to see happy. Tamico is professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She turned what could have been a stressful long-distance purchase into an exciting experience. I would recommend her to anyone, especially fellow military families.
