Especially notable was how she applied appropriate pressure to the plumbers to repair our main waterline when it broke one week prior to closing. She brought an extra load of patience to her game when three offers in a row were given then rescinded. She kept us calm by keeping her cool through this difficult time, always acting with a positive attitude and assuring us the house would soon be sold, then she went out and worked to make it happen.
