This was my second time working with Chris. He has always been a great source of help even when we weren’t selling a home. I could ask him for guidance on ways to add greater value to our current home. He has always been reachable and provided us the updates we needed as well as give us great suggestions.

I suddenly found myself without a real estate agent to help me find a rental home. I contacted Michael at 10:35 am on a Saturday, and was seeing a place by 11:00 am. He sent the application that evening, we filled it out Sunday morning, did the background check in the afternoon, and were signing a lease by Monday morning! To a place we absolutely LOVE!

As first-time homebuyers, Holly was our first experience working with a realtor. What impressed us most about Holly was her depth of knowledge not only about real-estate but about home construction and ownership as well. Each house we toured, Holly taught us something new about home ownership or home construction and her expertise helped us feel confident in the home we eventually chose. Holly was in constant communication via text and email, and she was extremely organized and helped us stay on track with all the various deadlines for inspections and things. It was comforting to know that we could rely on Holly's experience and guidance through the process. We ended up closing on the house while Holly was away on vacation, but even while she was thousands of miles away she was still orchestrating things to ensure we had a seamless closing. Even now that we've closed on our home, I know that if I had any questions about the house that I could reach out to Holly about them.
