Not only did Vicky help my family find a rental when we moved to Las Vegas from a 1,000 miles away but a year later she made putting down roots and purchasing a home an easy meaningful process. Answered all the questions, communicated very well and helped ease the mind when things get tough. I know she truly cared about my families best interest. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to find a new home. Thank you Vicky from the DuCharme Family! 🥰🥰

Vicky was very knowledgeable about the process and information about buying a new home. She was very communicative and answered our questions very quickly. She made our home buying process very easy and fun, and did so in a way that we did not feel rushed or overwhelmed. She also took into consideration what we wanted in a home and insured we found the home that we wanted. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!

Working with Vicky Abanilla was an outstanding experience from start to finish. As first-time homebuyers, we weren’t sure what to expect, but Vicky made the entire process feel smooth, organized, and stress-free. Her communication was excellent—she kept us informed every step of the way and was always available to answer our questions. Her knowledge of the market and guidance helped us feel confident in our decisions, especially when it came time to make an offer. Vicky truly went to bat for us and fought to get our offer accepted on the home we fell in love with. Throughout the process, her professionalism stood out. She worked seamlessly with our loan officer and her team, ensuring everything stayed on track. Thanks to her efficiency and dedication, we even closed one week early! What we appreciated most was how she took the anxiety out of buying a home. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and manageable. We would highly recommend Vicky Abanilla to anyone—especially first-time homebuyers—looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and truly supportive realtor.
