Ruben Laviaga recently helped me find my dream home in Mesquite, NV. He is very knowledgeable with the local real estate market in the area, very pleasant to work with, and a great communicator. He was very patient with me on my specific wants and needs, and I never felt pressured at all. I was able to take my time looking at existing construction while home hunting, and I never felt like he was getting tired of showing me property after property, while I was exploring different options. I eventually settled on a custom new build, because I did not find what I was looking for in the current market inventory. Ruben is the one that found the community that I winded up buying in, and I could not be happier with my choice! I would highly recommend Ruben for your local Mesquite or Las Vegas real estate needs!

I work for a builder that sells new construction homes, and I met Ruben while he was representing a buyer. He has a strong understanding of his clients’ needs and advocates for them exceptionally well throughout the process. Ruben was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure his clients were supported every step of the way. While many agents step back after the sale, Ruben went above and beyond by driving from Las Vegas to Mesquite several times to check on the progress of the build. I highly recommend Ruben to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He and his team are true professionals.
