Ms. Orange provided excellent service on the sale of our home! She did a pre-walk through with us to prepare the home and provided valuable resources. She made sure we, as the buyers, were well informed. She gave excellent council on any questions we had with the inspections report. We are repeat customers and she was wonderful with each transaction. One thing Ms. Orange knows is real estate and she does her job with integrity and honesty. Wonderful realtor!

There’s not enough words to describe my wonderful experience with Felicia. Her hard work, communication, knowledge about real estate AND probate, just EVERYTHING about her is absolutely perfect. She’s trustworthy and actually wants to help you. She’s very honest from the beginning of the process to the end. She’s truly God sent, and I’m so glad I chose her to sell my father’s home. I plan to work with her again in the future. If you are looking for a great real estate agent, especially one who is knowledgeable about selling homes that are in probate, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Felicia. You’ll be amazed just as I was.
