We had worked with Susette and Dave before, and they were fantastic then, so of course we chose them to sell our house. They were available to meet with us promptly after our initial contact, and they both explained the process thoroughly as we went through the paperwork. Both were sincerely interested in selling our home quickly and helping to ensure that we chose an appropriate asking price, and they made our listing attractive to buyers. We also appreciated how Susette consistently acted in our best interest, and she is honest and very knowledgeable about home buying and selling. We did experience a lapse in communication during the process. We submitted a counteroffer document to the buyer, and we didn't hear from Susette and Dave about that or any other developments for quite some time, so we were under the impression that everything was okay. Finally, 12 days later, we heard from Susette, the morning after the loan-contingency deadline, that the buyer's loan had fallen through; during this conversation, we learned that the buyer had never signed that most recent counteroffer we'd submitted. We would have appreciated proactive communication letting us know that the buyer hadn't responded in a timely fashion to that counteroffer, as well as earlier notice that there were signs of trouble for the buyer's loan. It would help clients tremendously if there were a standard policy of proactively checking in with the client regarding any developments, positive or negative, within five business days. Regardless, we did get a second buyer, and we definitely had more communication with Susette and Dave during that stretch. Ultimately the sale of our home went through smoothly, and we were glad to work with them both.

Stephen treated me and my property as if it were a multi-million dollar home. 360-degree video tours, professionally written listings, an extremely thorough FACT based proposal as to what my homes value is and the price I should set just to name a few of the services Stephen provided. Stephen was PERSONALLY at EVERY showing to actually SELL my home and all its attributes to the potential buyers as well as answer questions they had. No need for open houses. Stephen always answered his phone personally and was always willing to knock down every roadblock to success for both myself as the seller and my buyer. There was nothing he would not address! My home sold in 10 days for a near full price offer. It was all due entirely to Stephen and what HE personally brought to my sale. Stephen sets the bar extremely high as to what ALL realtors should be doing.

Brian was very helpful in the selling process. He was actually the one who sold me the home that I put on the market with him. He knows his stuff and is reliable, and communicative. Definitely would recommend for anyone buying or selling a home.

Debbie was on top of everything. We would not hesitate to work with her again or recommend her to others. She answered our questions and helpfully gave information about things we didn't know to ask. Her knowledge and experience gave us confidence in the nerve-racking process. Using a full-service realtor is definitely worth it vs 'discount' companies that might save a percent or two. So thankful Debbie was referred to us by our former (retired) realtor.
