Delinda had all her market research done and compiled at our very first meeting- we were able to set a price to sell and had the house sold the same day I flew out to Chicago to care for my aging parents— Her staff handled all the loose ends and funding. It went so smoothly- I highly recommend Delinda— her support staff is the best in the business!

Wow! Delinda and the Crampton team go out of their way to keep you posted every week on your home sale or purchase! They are there to always take your call and help throughout the process i have bought and sold 38 homes and This team is the best! She helped me buy my forever home! Run don’t walk to see ir talk to Delinda on buy or sell side! Awesome!

The selling of my home was quick, and full of twists and turns. Delinda and her team were there as each development unfolded. Downsizing from 2000 sq ft to 250 sq ft has unique challenges. A lifetime of memories needed to be sorted through, the house staged, and finding a new space to begin the next phase of my life. When my sale closed and left we with nowhere to go until after the New Year holiday, Delinda reached out to the buyer agent, and came up with a solution for me. In all the years I have purchased and sold houses, I've never worked with an agent or team, who supported me the entire way through the process. Delinda has a very special gift for staying with her clients until after the sale is closed. Her passion for helping her clients shows in everything she does. Her ability to connect buyers and seller with services outside the transaction speaks to her as a person.
