We had been looking in the Henderson area online for several months. When we were finally ready we were given Shannon Davis’ name by a family member who had recently used her to find their home. We contacted Shannon and on relatively short notice, she lined up 12 homes for us to see in 1 day! We traveled to Henderson on several different occasions, each time Shannon lined up homes for us to see. When we had narrowed our search to two homes Shannon arranged for us to see each one again the next day. We decided, made an offer and it was accepted in one day. At each step of the process Shannon was very timely and went above and beyond to get answers to all our questions. Buying a home can be a very stressful experience, but Shannon did everything possible to make it fun and stress free!

dealing with Terri was a very enjoyable experience we had criteria we needed to have for the houses and she was able to pull through for us. she has a great personality, very knowledgeable, and great with people of all ages again it was a very pleasurable experience, she has a no quit attitude and will find what you need.
