Cold calls sometimes work out

When Miles first called me, he asked me about a property I owned . He asked if I was interested in selling which I wasn’t I was looking for an agent that would help track down info on a property I really wanted more information on. In 24 hours miles got me more info on that property then the last 4 agents could get me in weeks. Miles is a very dedicated and hard working agent. Anybody would be lucky to have Miles as an agent.
