What really worked out for both buyer and seller was the seller requested to remain in the home four months post closing, which greatly appealed to us. Throughout the whole process, Melody was diligent, efficient, professional, never tardy, understanding of our needs and wants, extremely communicative, and always delivered on her promises. She possesses all the skills one would want in a real estate professional.
